The burger is probably one of the most ubiquitous menu items in the world. It doesn’t matter if you’re in a dive bar or a Michelin-started restaurant, there’s probably a burger on the menu. And I’ve eaten a lot of them.
Here’s the thing: most burgers are just burgers. People try to fancy them up all the time, but the classic never really changes: Burger, bun, cheese, LTO – done and done.
